General Notes:
If you are playing a male character, please make sure that your clothing is for a male. This means that you should buy boy’s or men’s pants if they are required for your role. Also, we are styling this as if it’s in the 1970s, so find pants that are loose fitting, not skinny. This is especially important if you are playing an adult male like Caractacus Potts, Grandpa etc.

I have included some links to where you can purchase these items. These are suggestions, to give you an idea of the look and colours we are going for. If that item has sold out or is not in the right size, then you may need to search for something similar at a different store.  Don’t forget that thrift stores often have the items that you’re looking for, especially if the colours we are asking you to find are not this season’s colours! Salvation Army in Milton is a great resource, as is the Value Village on Dundas at Winston Churchill. There are also some online thrift stores you can look into now such as Poshmark and ThredUp.

A Note about Colour

Please wear clothing only in the colours listed for your character. When we design the show we have specific looks for all the characters, including the ensemble cast.
If we say “NO {insert colour here} it’s likely because we have chosen that colour for someone else, often as a way of having that character stand out. Please respect the fact that we design for the entire look of the show, and if you wear a colour that’s not been selected for your character, you may be asked to return it.

Thanks for your cooperation!

Remember no Logos on any clothing please.

To find out the requirements for your character, click on the “costumes” tab at the top of this page and then scroll down to your character. Some cast members are playing more than one role, so make sure you read the entire list of requirements.
